▍家事移工調薪 適用對象

家事移工包含外籍家庭看護及外籍幫傭兩類對象，
以下情況皆需依新制月薪新臺幣20,000元辦理。

?符合就業服務法且經勞動部核准於111年8月10日以後轉換雇主的移工，新雇主需以新制工資承接。

※尚在勞動契約期間的移工，則維持原契約約定薪資，如雇主同意，才可以變動勞動契約約定為新制工資(新臺幣20,000元)

▍Live-in foreign worker wage rise (applicable to)　

Live-in foreign workers include live-in foreign care workers and live-in foreign home help. In the following situations both must be paid the newly established monthly salary of NT$20,000:
?Newly recruited and brought to Taiwan to work
?Contract completion continued employment foreign workers / contract completion transfer foreign workers
?Foreign workers in compliance with the provisions of the Employment Service Act who were permitted by the MOL to transfer employers on or after August 10, 2022 must be paid by their new employer in accordance with the new monthly salary regulations.　　

※Foreign workers still under contract will receive the original monthly salary. Only if the employer agrees can the labor contract be amended to stipulate that the monthly salary will follow the new regulations (NT$20,000 per month).

▍Penyesuaian Gaji Bagi Pekerja Migran Sektor Rumah Tangga Subjek yang berlaku

Pekerja migran sektor rumah tangga termasuk pekerja migran perawat rumah tangga dan penata laksana rumah tangga asing, bagi yang memenuhi kondisi-kondisi di bawah maka perlu disesuaikan dengan sistem gaji bulanan baru, yakni sebesar NT$20.000.
? Perekrutan baru
? Melanjutkan kontrak kerja/finis kontrak pindah majikan
? Pekerja migran yang memenuhi kriteria UU Layanan Ketenagakerjaan serta melalui persetujuan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan berganti majikan setelah tanggal 10 Agustus 2022, maka majikan baru perlu mengambil alih dengan sistem gaji yang baru.

※Bagi pekerja migran yang masih dalam periode perjanjian kerja, dan meneruskan nominal gaji kontrak awal, jika majikan menyetujuinya, barulah dapat mengubah perjanjian kontrak kerja ke sistem gaji yang baru (NT$20.000).
